Incredible vintage Martin Margiela piece from Fall/Winter 1994. A beloved concept, "A Doll's Wardrobe" - a highly acclaimed, extremely sought after, and ingenious idea of taking vintage doll clothing, reproducing these pieces, and blowing up their details and proportions in scale. This sleeveless top, or vest, comes in a boxy, semi-cropped fit with an extreme, pointed collar. Closes at front with the favorite and defining moment of the doll pieces- two oversized silver snaps. At the front, an enlarged off white button. Medium weight canvas like cotton. The 'reproduction' label is a piece of art in and of itself.
